I'm Tina Kinirons and I'm a specialist in interview skills, particularly for the public sector in Ireland. I coach candidates to success at job interviews and I help organisations to find the best candidates.

I have a strong track record in coaching clients to success at interviews, helping them to get their desired promotion or job. I coach candidates and help them complete application forms, CVs and prepare for interview. I also deliver training courses and webinars to candidates about interview preparation and writing applications forms.

I have extensive experience interviewing and chairing interviews. I have interviewed thousands of candidates and worked with hundreds of interviewers. I am involved in both shortlisting and interviewing on behalf of several public sector organisations. I have trained thousands of interview board members in the civil service, local authorities, public sector agencies, charities and private sector companies. I also work with private sector companies and candidates.

I also develop and deliver training courses on people leadership and management topics.

I have a Masters in Occupational (or Business) Psychology and am accredited to use a range of Psychometrics. I am a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (including their Division of Work & Organisational Psychology and the Coaching Psychology Group) and a member of CIPD (the professional body for HR professionals).

I have a wide range of business experience having worked in management, sales, operations, consulting, technical and communications roles before re-training as a psychologist and starting my own business in 2009. My management experience includes extensive interviewing experience as well as five years on the senior management team of Microsoft Ireland. My previous consulting and training experience included working for organisations internationally and in Ireland on behalf of IBM and Microsoft.
