About Tina Kinirons: Guiding you to Interview Success
Meet Tina Kinirons - Interview Coach
For ten years, I designed and delivered management and leadership training, including Civil Service courses through OneLearning and Public Service programmes through PAI.
I also coached managers in both the Civil Service and private sector, while steadily growing my work in chairing interviews and delivering interview training and coaching. Today, I focus solely on interviews. I love demystifying the interview process - helping people understand what’s expected, recognise the value of their own experience, and speak about their work with confidence.
I've interviewed thousands of candidates and worked with hundreds of interviewers. I've shortlisted and interviewed on behalf of public sector organisations. I've trained thousands of interview board members in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Public Sector agencies and organisations. I help clients complete and improve application forms and CVs. I coach them to prepare for both competency-based interviews and capability-based interviews (those based on the Civil Service Capability Framework). I hold a Master's in Occupational (or Business) Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. I am a member of CIPD, the professional body for HR professionals. Get to Know Tina
I love taking photos, mainly of nature when I am out and about (you'll find some of them on my Instagram page).
I go to the gym weekly, mostly for weights and a little cardio. Staying pain-free after some terrible back issues a few years ago turns out to be a great motivator. I'm lucky to have my eleven-year old god-daughter (she's also my gran-niece) in my life. I'm fascinated by how she and her friends view the world and the language they use ( like "slay!"). She tells me I act like someone just a few years older than her, but who drives a car and has money!
I read a lot of psychological thrillers. I love when the ending is plausible but impossible to predict. And I also enjoy playing bridge, though I'm still very much learning! P.S. I designed this website and wrote every sentence you are reading (including this one)! Meet Bernie Stevenson - Interview Coach
Bernie holds a Master's in Innovation & Strategy, a degree in Training Consultancy & Development and a Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching.
Through her interview coaching, Bernie provides an external perspective and empowering insights. In the safe and structured space she creates, clients conduct a personal skills analysis, review their relevant work experience and refine their competency or capability answers. Any issues, challenges or perceived barriers are aired, explored and addressed.
Get to Know BernieBernie is a firm believer in lifelong learning, whether that means encouraging her four grandchildren to chase their dreams or sharpening her own golf swing, one round at a time.
Her long walks are more than a pastime; they’re where she reflects, recharges, and often hatches her next big idea. Recently, she and her husband acquired a campervan to explore scenic routes and seek new adventures. Bernie also likes to keep in touch, both with former colleagues she worked with years ago and newer friends she’s made more recently. Not Sure How We Can Help You?If you're not sure how we can help you, please fill out the contact form. I'll usually respond within one working day (which is Monday to Friday).
