I work as a consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator, specialising in the areas of management development, career transition and change management.
The main services I provide are:

• Psychometric testing, including Myers Briggs, TalentQ, and Strengthscope.
Recent clients include Aware, CRH, Dublin City Council, Dublin Simon, Eircom, FÁS, Department of Social Protection, Matheson, Microsoft, Optimum, Philip Lee Solicitors, Public Affairs Ireland and Teva Pharmaceutical.
I have a wide range of business experience having worked in management, sales, operations, consulting, technical and information development roles before re-training as a psychologist. My management experience includes five years on the senior management team of Microsoft Ireland. My extensive consulting and training experience includes international experience working with IBM.
I’m organised, pragmatic, resourceful, results-focussed, with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, helped along by enthusiasm and a sense of fun!
I hold a Masters in Occupational Psychology and am accredited to perform a range of Psychometric Testing, including the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, TalentQ Dimensions, the 16PF Personality Questionnaire and Strengthscope. I am a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, the Division of Work & Organisational Psychology and the Coaching Psychology Group.
